NYC : Central Park

At the beginning of the month Stick and I flew out to the NY to visit our boy Ben. The first day there we trekked across manhattan. We saw the Guggenheim as well as central park:

Alas, fences made viewing the Reservoir difficult.

We walked threw a Woodie Allen movie shoot. As we crossed the well lit bridge I walked right past the infamous director and I found it interesting that I'm taller then Mr. Allen.

The Guggenheim had an excellent Rosenquist exhibit.

What's great about the Guggenheim NYC, is how it puts everyone, who walks up its spiral walkway, on display.

NYC : Brooklyn

The majority of our fabulous weekend in the NY was spent in beautiful Brooknam. The first night, we had a drink at this excellent bar: Sweet-ups. Oh man, You wouldn't believe how nice it is to go out for a night on the town where smoking is banned at all venues.

These leaves (make a nice windows wallpaper) are from a tree in Prospect Park.

This is the view of the twin-tower-less downtown skyline from my friend Kate's brownstone in Carrol Gardens.

Token Subway shot of the Carol Gardens stop. Carol Gardens is also the neighborhood where the Amazing restuarant Whim (go see their top notch website) is located. Their Ceviche is one of the best thing I have ever tasted.

Twenty-somethings outside of Enids, a wonderful breakfast joint.

Balloon Office

One day there were a million balloons in our office,

I thought they were a little strange.

They must have thought that we were strange too..

which is why I think they all huddled together away from us. I wonder, who do they work for?
