Chicago weekend
Goats
There was quite traffic jam with everyone trying to get to the concert
I heart balloons
Jon and I went down to Chicago to catch a Radiohead/Malmus show. The show was actually in Wisconsin at Alpine Valley, which is this amphitheater in the middle of nowhere. The show was excellent even though we didn't get to see malkmus and the jicks.

Cali Tour 2003: Bakersfield, Sacramento, The Bay
Black Gold
We spent a beautiful night out in the foothills looking down on the city
Our trip concluded in San Fran. A nice shot of the Bay from the car.
After LA we jetted up to Joe's hometown Bakersfield.

Cali Tour 2003: LA
Ocala guided us through whats left of the Venice Canals, a beautiful collection of archetectural wonders that line an Old Venice style waterway, I dug this Walker Evans style "shack", that seemed somewhat out of place amongst the multi-million dollar vilas.
We topped off our brief stay in LA with a wine feast hosted by The Amazing Vino Connoiseur, Anne.
After san diego we headed to LA:
